Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer $15 flat rate to all orders shipped within BC. Orders over $150 before taxes will be shipped free.

Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan & Yukon $17 flat rate to all orders. Orders over $199.99 will be shipped free.

Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, North West Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavat and PEI $30 flat rate on all orders shipped to these provinces. Free shipping on orders over $199.99

Newfoundland and Labrador $35 flat rate shipping on all orders. Free shipping on orders over $225.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Crafty Capers, 2137C Bowen Rd, Nanaimo BC. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10 am to 4 pm Monday to Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@craftycapers.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
