When your order comes in...

 With all the orders that were placed at the Open House and the requests for specific items I wanted to take the time to remind everyone how orders and holds work.

 Once the items are received we then pull all the special orders and contact everyone on the list to let them know their items are in.  These items do not go onto the online store at this point.  They are scheduled to go online a minimum of 48 hours after the products are received.  This gives those that have pre-ordered a chance to get their treasures in a timely manner.  

 If you can not get into the store within that time frame you can pay for your items with an e-transfer to sales@craftycapers.com or we can take a credit card over the phone.

 Items that are not paid for within the 48 hours will show in inventory as available for sale when the items automatically go on the online store.  At this point we can not guarantee that the item you requested will be available when you come in to the store.

 Once your order is paid for the products come out of inventory and your purchase gets put in the "touch it and I'll smack your fingers" box until you or your designated alternate pick it up.
