 LOST & FOUND:

 An earring was found on Thursday January 22nd, inside the store near the door.  If you are missing an earring, give us a call at 250-585-0022 and let us know what your missing earring looks like.  We would love to get this back to the rightful owner.

 A quick reminder about the Back In Stock button.  If you click the button to let you know when an item you are interested in is back in stock, that does NOT let us know you are waiting for said item.  There will not be one of these items on hold for you in the store.  

 If it is a popular item there are probably a couple of dozen other people that have clicked the button too and everyone gets the same message at the same time.  So, if there are 24 people waiting for it to come back in to stock and we only receive 12, then there are going to be a few disappointed people.

 The cure for this disappointment?  Let us know you would like said item and we will put your name in the order book.  You can email us at info@craftycapers.com, call us at 250-585-0022 or even speak to us in person in the store, letting us know what item it is you are enamored with.  Once the item comes in we will pull it and let you know it is here.  You will then have 48 hours to pay for it to ensure that you get the item you have big plans for.

 By letting us know you want the item it gives Victoria a far better idea of how many to order to make sure everyone is happy.  

 Also, please remember that special requests are a commitment to purchase the item(s) you have requested.  Victoria is more than happy to bring in different items for you, when she can, but she cannot bring in items for you to "look at" at then decide.
